Masala Vada(Paruppu Vada)

Ingredients

1 cup-  Chana dal/Bengal gram, Soak it for 2 hrs
2 medium size onion, cut it very small size
1 tsp- ginger garlic paste
5 dry chili
1/2 tsp Fennel seeds
1 spring curry leaves  

Oil for frying Vada

Preparation

Take a mixer, add dry chili+ curry leaves + Fennel seeds and grind it coarsely via the pulser mode and keep it aside.
Take a mixer, add channa dal and grind it coarsely seeing the few whole dal remains  via the pulser mode and transfer it into the bowl
Add the coarsely grinded malasa and onion into the bowl and mix them well. now the dough is ready to make vada
Take Pan and add oil in medium flame
Take the dough and make a small ball and flatten it on your palm. once the oil is hot drop the vada inside gently. Fry the vada till golden and crisp on both sides.
