Preparation
Take pan , fry the chana dal without oil till it gets light brown color. Transfer it into bowl.

Take mixer and add chana dal and grind it in the pulsar mode , and add coconut and then grind with it.
Take pan add oil +pinch of mustard + dry chili + garlic+ 1/2 spring curry leaves. switch off the flame.
Once the heat reduces, transfer it from the pan to the mixer which is already having the coconut and chana dal and grind it along with salt and water, and transfer it into bowl
Take pan, add oil+ mustard seeds and curry leaves , let it splutter then add the seasoning to the chutney and mix it well.
