Besan Paneer Dosa

 Ingredients 

1+1/4 cup - Besan
1/4 cup -  rice flour
3/4 cup - wheat flour
1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
1/4 tsp - pepper powder
pinch of  Asafetida 
1/2 tsp salt


Paneer Stuffing

50 gram Paneer -  grate it
1 Onion , cut it into tiny pieces 
1 -Tomato , cut it into tiny pieces 
1- Green chilli , cut it into tiny pieces 
5 garlic pods - cut it into tiny pieces 
3 tbsp - Coriander leaves – 3 tbsp chopped
1/2 tsp - Red chilli powder /chili flakes
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Chat masala 
butter
1/2 capsicum (optional)

Preparations

In a mixing bowl, add all from the ingredients list and mix them well. Add water gradually and mix them again and bring the consistency as thick as dosa batter

Put the dosa tawa in medium flame and check whether it's hot enough to cook dosa by drizzling water on it. Apply oil on the oil applier and spread it evenly on the dosa tawa. 

Take a ladle full of batter and pour it on the tawa and spread it like a pancake and put it in the medium flame

Top it with the  paneer mixture and Sprinkle with a pinch of red chilli and chat masala powder. Put butter touch on top as well as around the dosa .

Once you starts seeing the color changes , flip it and cook again. You can also cook by covering the pan with lid. Now the dosa is ready.
