Rice Kheer

     Ingredients


1/2 litre full cream Milk
1/2 cup Basmati Rice , soak it for 5 hrs
1/2 litre - Water
150 gram - Sugarless milk kova, chopped into small pieces so it can be readily mixed
150 gram - Sugar
6- 7 strands -Safron, Let it soak in boiling water.
3- Elaichi seeds
15 - Almond


Preparation


Take a pot, add water and elaichi seeds, and bring to a boil. Crush the rice, then add it and mix thoroughly. If there is no water, add milk and thoroughly combine. When you notice the binding, add the kova and completely mix it. Add sugar and properly stir the ingredients until the sugar dissolves. Add almond and safron. Switch off the flame once you notice the bubbles.
