Ingredients
1/2 -Radish, cut it small size
2 tbsp Grated/Shredded coconut
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 cup water
To temper
1 tsp Oil
1/4 tsp Mustard
1/4 tsp Split Urad dal
2 Green chilies
3 garlic cloves, crushed
1 spring Curry leaves
Preparation
Take cooker, add radish and water and put whistles and then wait for 4 whistles to come and switch off the flame.
Take a pan and add one by one from the ‘To temper’ list and fry it till the the garlic raw smell goes away and add the cooked radish and fry again for 2 minutes in medium flame, and finally add the coconut and mix them well and switch off the flame.
