Ingredients
500 grams Prawn, cleaned
2 medium size onion, chop it small size
2 medium size tomato, chop it small size
2 green chilies
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp chili powder, add as per your spiciness
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
2 tbsp oil
1 cup coconut milk
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp coriander leaves
Preparation
Take pan , add oil + onion, fry till it gets roasted, add green chilies and add ginger garlic paste, fry it till the aroma comes. Afterwards add tomato, fry till it becomes soft and add then turmeric powder, coriander powder, chili powder, cumin powder and salt, mix them well. Add 1 tbsp of water and mix them well again for 2 minutes. Add prawns and mix it for 2 minutes and then add coconut milk , close the lid and cook for 10 minutes. Finally add garam masala and coriander leaves.
