Buttermilk kuzhambu(Mor kuzhambu)

Ingredients
(4 members)

1/4 cup-  White pumkin/Drumstick/Beans/Plantains, boiled. Pine apple
1 cup curd , grind it in a mixer
2 dry chili
2 spring curry leaves
pinch of turmeric
1/2 tsp fenugreek powder


coconut oil - this is must

To Grind
3 tsp Coconut ,grated
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
2+1/2 green Chilies
1 garlic
4 shallots


Preparation

Take a mixer, add coconut, cumin, shallots,and green chilies, grind them into a smooth paste, and keep the coconut masala aside.

In a bowl, add curd and mix it into a smooth paste, and then add coconut masala and again mix them well. Add the vegetables to it and the buttermilk mixture is ready.

Take a pan ,add coconut oil , mustard, curry leaves ,dry chilies, and a pinch of turmeric, and then add the buttermilk mixture into it. Put the flame into sim and if you start seeing the foam on top, add the fenugreek powder and switch off the flame. Don't allow it to be boiled.
