Mango Pickle

Ingredients

1 Mango- cut it as cubes
Oil - Gingerly/Sesame Oil
Curry leaves

Roast and Grind

1/4 tsp Fenugreek seeds
1/2 tsp Coriander seeds
4 dry chili
1/4 tsp - Mustard
1/4 tsp - Asafatodia
1/4 tsp - Fennel seeds


Preparation
Take pan, add items one by one from the 'Roast and Grind' list and fry it. Once it's become cool, transfer it into a mixer and then grind it till it becomes smooth powder.

Take Pan add oil + curry leaves and switch off the flame. Once the pan become cool  and add mango, salt and add the Grinded powder,  Mix them well and transfer it into the bowl. Keep it in the sunlight for 4-5 days.
