Poori masala(Potato masala)


Ingredients

2 Nos- Potato, cut it cubes
1 No - Tomato, medium size
2 Ns - Onion , medium size
3 Nos - Green Chilli
4 Nos -Garlic cloves
1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
1/2 tsp - chili powder
1 cup water 
1 tbsp Coriander leaves
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp urdhal
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
1 spring Curry leaves
1tsp Salt

Preparation

Take cooker  Add Potato + 1 cup  water , and then lock the cooker and put whistles and wait for 3 whistles to come. then  put the flame off , and keep aside the potato.

Take Pan Add oil  + mustard + urdhal +Cumin+ green chilies + curry leaves and Garlic. Then  add onion and fry until the onions are soft and brown  and add tomato fry until it's smashed.   Add Salt + turmeric  and mix it well.  Add the potato and add stalked water  mix them well.  Boil it for 5 mins  and add coriander leaves then  put the flame off.
