Brinjal Masala

 

 Ingredients

4 Brinjals  ,cut it into French fries 

2 -Onion
3 green chili
2 tsp coriander powder

2 tsp peanut powder

To Grind
2 handful of  curry leaves powder - without oil or dried. 
2 chilies fry in oil
1/4 cup split uradal , fry in gingelly oil (add less)

Preparation

From the "To Grind", first grind the urdal and chilli together, and then add the curry leaves and powder it.

Take a skillet and add gingelly oil, green chilies, and two medium-sized onions and fry until translucent, then add the coriander powder and grind into a paste.

Take a pan, add oil, four brinjals, and then cover it to cook till the brinjals are tender, and then add three teaspoons of ground powder, ground paste, and finally, add the peanut powder.
