Ingredients
2 tsp rice flour
1/2 tsp jeera
salt
coriander leaves
"To Grind"
1 cup kadala paruppu , soak it for 2 hrs
1 cup pasi paruppu, soak it for 2 hrs
2 green chilles
2 inch ginger
Preparations
Add all the ingredients from the "To Grind" to a mixer and pulse them until they have the consistency of dosa batter.
Put the dosa tawa on medium heat and check whether it's hot enough to cook dosa by drizzling water on it. Apply oil with the oil applier and spread it evenly on the dosa tawa.
Take a ladle full of batter and pour it on the tawa and spread it like a pancake , then put it on the medium flame and cook it by covering the pan with a lid for 30 seconds.
Once you start seeing the colour change, flip it and cook it again. Now the dosa is ready.
