Ingredients
2 tsp - oil
1tbsp - uradhal
1 No - Carrot, grated
2 medium size tomato
2 Nos - dry chili
half inch ginger
1 handful of pudina(mint leaves)
few coriander leaves
1/2 tsp - Salt
mustard
curry leaves
Preparation
Take pan , add oil + urdhal + dry chili + tomato (fry it until raw smell goes away) +grated carrot. once it's cooked, after that add ginger , pudina and coriander leaves, then switch off the flame.
Once the heat reduces, transfer the ingredients from the pan to a mixer, and then grind it along with salt,and water, and transfer it into bowl
Take Pan, add oil+ mustard seeds and curry leaves , let it splutter then add the seasoning to the chutney and mix it well.
