Carrot Beans Poriyal


Ingredients

1-Carrot small size,  cut it small size
10- Beans,  cut it small size
2 tbsp Grated/Shredded coconut
1/4 tsp Salt
pinch of turmeric

To temper
1 tsp Oil 
1/4 tsp Mustard 
1/4 tsp Split Urad dal
1/2 tsp Bengal gram
2 Green chilies, 
1 spring Curry leaves 


Preparation
Take cooker, add carrot, beans, salt and water and  then  wait for 2 whistles to come and switch off the flame.

Take a pan and add one by one from the ‘To temper’ list and fry,  till the bengal gram gets roasted and then add the pinch of turmeric and add the cooked vegetables and fry again for 2 minutes in medium flame, and finally add the coconut and mix them well, switch off the flame.
