Ingredients
100 gm, Garlic , peeled , if it's bigger, cut it into half straight cut
1/4 cup - Gingerly/Sesame Oil
1/4 tsp - Mustard
1 inch -Ginger - chop it into small pieces
1 Green chili - chop it into small pieces
4 tsp Kashmir chilli pwder
1+1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 spring curry leaves
1/4 tsp - Asafetida
1/4 tsp - Fenugreek Powder
1/4 tsp -Brown sugar
9 tsp- vinegar
Preparation
Take Pan add oil + mustard + curry leaves + ginger + green chilli for half a second + Garlic fry it till half cooked curry leaves and salt+ turmeric + chilli powder + Kashmiri chilli powder + fenugreek powder + asafoetida mix them for 2 mins. Add brown sugar and vinegar and mix it for 1 mins and switch off.
Note : 125 gm Garlic, it will be 100 gm after peeling,
1 tbsp. =3 tsp
Don't use Aluminum or Iron vessels.
