Brinjal Tomato Bajji



Ingredients

3 Nos- Brinjal, cut it small cubes
3 Nos - Tomato
2 Nos - Green Chilli
1 medium size Onion
1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
1/2 tsp - chili powder
1/4tsp - coriander powder
1 Pinch  - Sambar powder 
1/4 cup water 
2 tbsp Coriander leaves
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp urdhal
1 spring Curry leaves
1tsp Salt

Preparation

Take cooker Add oil  + mustard + urdhal   + green chilies + curry leaves and add onion fry for 2 minutes  then add brinjal and tomato fry again for 2 minutes.   Add Salt + turmeric + chili powder+ Coriander  and sambar powders  mix them well.  Add water and lock the cooker and put whistles, wait for 4 whistles to come and then put the flame off.
Once the pressure released, mix it well using the dhal masher and put the flame on for 2 minutes and add coriander leaves.
