Note:
Once you mix all the ingredients, wait for 10 minutes because we have to wait for the sugar to be dissolved completely. The batter should NOT be dosa batter consistency; it will be semi-thick dosa batter.
The mould should be hot, otherwise it will not hold the batter. Dip the mould 3/4 into the batter and don't take it immediately. Wait for 1 sec to hold and take the mould from the batter and gently place it into the oil.
While adding water or coconut milk, please check the consistency of the batter because the sugar will be dropping some water.
While grinding the flour, you can add the cardamom powder.
If you are preparing it with jaggery or palm sugar , you can add the dry ginger powder .
