15 Chaala Karuvadu
2.5 tsp Kuzhambu milagai thool
1 tsp Chili powder
3 tbsp Tamarind syrup
1/2 cup water
1 Potato
2 brinjals
2 Tomato
1 green Chili
To Grind
handful of shallots
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
1 cup coconut
For Seasoning
Oil
Jeera
Fenugreek seeds
1 spring curry leaves
Preparation
Take a mixer and add all ingredients from the 'To Grind' and grind it
Take Pan add grinded masala,Kuzhambu milagai thool,tamarind syrup,Chili powder and wait for it to be boiled. Add Potato and brinjal. once the vegetables are half cooked, add the dry fish and close the lid for 5 mins.
Do the seasoning
