Ginger - 250 gm

Tamarind - 1 Big Lemon Size

Water to soak Tamarind - 250 Ml

Jaggery - 1/3 Cup

Red Chillies - 2 +2 nos

Coconut Oil - 80 Ml

Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp

Fenugreek powder - 1/4 tsp

Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
