Ingredients
50 gram Sweet Potato , boil with 3 whistles in the cooker and cut it into cubes
1 Onion, medium size
2 tomato, medium size
2 dry chilies
1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
1/2 tsp - coriander powder
1/2 tsp - chili powder
1/2 tsp - garam masala
1/2 tsp Coriander leaves
1/2 cup water
2 tsp Oil
1/2 tsp Cumin
pinch asafoetida
1 spring curry leaves
1/2 tsp - Salt
Preparation
Take pan, add oil + cumin+ curry leaves, then add onion (fry it until roasted) + tomato (fry it until raw smells goes away)+ turmeric + chili powder + coriander powder and mix them well. Add water and wait till it gets boiled and add sweet potato and mix it well and then close the lid and wait for 3 mins. Finally add garam masla and coriander leaves and mix them well.
