Chicken Gravy

   Ingredients

3/4 kg Chicken, cleaned
3 inch - cinnamon
4 cloves
2 cardamom
20 small onion  or 2 onion, medium 
1 medium ,tomato
1 spring curry leaves
grinded paste
1 tsp. red chili
2 tsp - coriander powder
1 tsp salt

1 tbsp coriander leaves 


To Grind masala


20 garlic - med.size
3.5 inch - ginger 
1 tsp each -jeera, fennal
1.5 tsp pepper
handful of pudina and coriander leaves
1 tsp garam masala
shallots 6 (optional)

Preparation

Take a cooking vessel and fill it with oil, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, onion, tomato, ground masala, coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric, and salt. Five whistles should be blown after mixing everything together. After the whistle stops, add the coconut milk and boil it for three minutes. You should add the coriander leaves last.

Make sure you can see the chicken pieces on top while adding the water, as a reminder.
