Ingredients
1/2 kg Brinjal
2 -Onion
3 green chili
3 red chilies for spiciness
To Grind
1/4 coconut
1 tsp cumin
3 greenchili
Preparation
Using a mixer, combine everything on the "To Grind" list and process it into a granular paste.
Take a pan, add the following ingredients: oil, mustard, fennal, urad dhal, kadala paruppu, curry leaves, onion, brinjal, turmeric, red chilies, and salt. Mix everything thoroughly, cover the pan, and cook for seven minutes. The ground masala should be added next, covered for a minute, and then the coriander leaves.
