Ingredients
Tamarind - 50g
Chilli Powder - 25g (1 tsp)
Green Chilli - 25g
Dry Red Chilli - As Required
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
Mustard Urad Dal -1/2 tsp
Bengal gram Dal - 1 tsp
Curry Leaves - As Required
Asafoetida - A Pinch
Salt - To Taste
Oil - For Cooking
Preparations
Take a pot and fill it with the tamarind water, turmeric, and chilli powder. The tamarind mixture is finished.
Take a pan, add oil, mustard and urad dhal, bengal gramme, dry chilli, green chilies, and curry leaves, and then pour them into the tamarind mixture.
Take a different pot, fill it with the cooked rice, gingelly oil, curry leaves, and tamarind mixture, and stir everything together.
Then, gradually combine the cooked mochai with the mixture, followed by the brinjal, and gently blend everything.
