Egg Masoor dal gravy

  Ingredients 

1/2 cup Masoor dal
2 cinnamon 
2 cloves
2 cardamom 
2 onion
1 tomato 
1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1.5tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp turmeric
1tsp coriander powder
3 eggs


Preparation

In a pan, add 2 cinnamon, cloves,cardamom,  onion,ginger garlic paste and  tomato, and sauté until the tomato is soft. Then add the masoor dal, sauté for a little while, then add the garam masala, turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder.. Next, add enough water and then wait for 1 whistles to come Finally, crack the egg and pour it in the powl and add it into the the kuzhambu.
