Food Combination

 Milk + Ghee , 30 mins before sleeping

Mango + (Milk or Jamun) - Anytime of the day

Ghee+ Lemon  - Avoid ghee if you taking curd.

Black gram + buttermilk   or black gram + jaggery 

wheat + cucumber or wheat +ginger - it helps in digestion

Rice and potato

sugarcane juice +ginger , before sunset , 2 hrs after meals

Dry dates + milk + 30 minutes before sleeping

sproutes + heating spices  , before 5 PM


Radish +radish leaves , Avoid having radish for dinner

spicy curry and coriander



coriander leaves, mint leaves, ginger, curd,  

- to make tadka, ghee,curry leaves and cumin
