Ginger & Lemon Rasam

  Ingredients



Cooked
Toor Dal- 1/4 cup
Tomatoes- 1.5 or 2
Green chillies- 2
Ginger- 1 inch grated

Coriander leaves
Mustard seeds- 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek seeds- 1/4 tsp
Dre red chillies- 2
Asafoetida- 1/4 tsp
Lemon- 1  - to be added last
Oil
Salt


Grind corasely
Pepper- 1 tsp
Cumin seeds- 1 tsp
Coriander seeds- 1/2 tsp
Garlic cloves- 4  - add finally and grind again
Preparation


Take Pan add oil, mustard, shallots ,curry leaves and then add the grinded paste and water.
