onion medium -2 -not required to be brown color
brinjal -2
potato-1
tomato-2
turmeric powder
tamarind - 2 tsp
Grind Smooth paste
Fennal seeds - 1/2 tsp
cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
black pepper - 10
fried gram - 2 tsp
kasa kasa - 1/2 tsp
coriander seeds - 2tsp
curry leaves- 2 stings
Green Chilli - 2 No's fry in oil
coconut 1 cup - fry till it dried and not roasted
Seasoning
oil
star anise
cloves
cinnamon sticks
cardamom
cumin seeds
fennel seeds
bay leaf
kal pasi
curry leaves
Preparation
Take a skillet, add oil, all of the seasoning ingredients, the onion, and the tomato, and roast everything until the mirror shade appears. Add p otato, brinjal, ground paste, tamarind water, and then cover the pan and cook for five minutes. Finally add the coriander leaves
