Onion Coconut chutney

   Ingredients

oil
mustard
urudhal
cumin
1 red chilies
curry leaves

Grind - Don't add water while grinding
1/2 cup - grated coconut
1/3 tsp red chili powder

1/2 tsp - Salt
green chili - have to be roasted.
onion medium size - have to be roasted

Preparation

Take pan, add oil + onion + chilies  fry till the raw smell goes away and switch off the flame.

Take mixer, add all items from the Grind list  and grind it along with salt, and transfer it into a bowl

Take Pan, add oil+ mustard seeds and curry leaves , let it splutter and then add the chutney and cook till raw smell goes away from it.
