Ingredients
1 cup ragi
1 cup rava
1/2 cup curd
add two cups water and mix them well
add salt and mix them well, wait for 1 hr
oil + 1/4 tsp mustard + 1/2 sp cumin + 1 sp bengal gram +
fry it + 1 big onion small size + 1 green chili cut it small size +1 tbsp curry leavs small size +1 tbsp grated carrot
Meanwhile add the ragi mix and grind them well. then add the fried vegs and mix them well. pour as bun in the dosa kal and close the lid then cook it.

oil + 5 green chilli+ handful of coriander leavs.
mixi jar + 1/2 cup coconut+ 1/4 cup + pori kadala+
pinch of tamarindc+1 big garlic grind them well + add the fried chili and coriander leaves . grind them well
