Ingredients
Ridge Gourd - 300g
Cooked Moong Dal - 1 1/2 tbsp
Onion (medium)- 1
Tomato - 1
Garlic Pods- 4 No's
Green Chilli - 1
Dry Red Chilli - 2
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp
Chilli Powder - pinch
Coriander Leaves
Curry Leaves
Tamarind - Small Piece
Salt - To Taste
Oil
ghee - 1/2 tsp
Preparation
Take a pan and fill it with the following ingredients: oil, garlic, curry leaves, onions, tomatoes, green chilies, turmeric, dry chilies, ridge gourds, salt, tamarind, coriander leaves, and water. After adding the ingredients, check the taste; if it needs additional spice, add the green chilli. Then, put a lid on the pan and let it cook.
Add the cooked moong dhal last, stirring and smashing it into the mixture.
Pachadi is currently being prepared.
Take a pan and add oil, mustard, curry leaves, and dry chilies and fry them and add them to the pachadi.
