Ingredients
Lady's Finger - 15 cut it into small pieces
Shallots - 10
Onion small size - 1 No.
Toor Dal -1/4 cup
Tomato - 2 , (If you don't have a tomato, you can substitute mango or tamarind)
Green Chilli - 2 No's
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
Salt - To Taste
Gingelly Oil
fenugreek
Grind Smooth paste
Garlic - 3 Cloves
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
small coconut - 1/4 shell

Preparation
Take a cooker, add the toor dal and water, set the whistles, and cook the mixture for three whistles.
Crush the green chilli and shallots.
Take a pan, add oil and fenugreek, add the smashed shallots, green chilli, and onion, and roast them for 1 minute. Next, add the ladies finger, and roast them for 3 minutes. Finally, add the tomato, and roast it for 3 minutes. After adding the water,salt and chilli powder, cover the pot and cook for 5 minutes. Finally, add the cooked dal and coconut paste and simmer them until bubbles begin to appear everywhere without needing to boil. The vendaikkai pachadi is now prepared.
For the seasoning, take a pan, add the oil, mustard, and curry leaves, and then add them to the vendaikkai pachadi.
