White kurma

 

Ingredients

1 medium size onion, cut it as small cubes
2 Potato, medium size , cut it as small cubes
1/2 cup water
1 tsp ginger garlic paste  (1/4 inch ginger
7 garlic cloves, medium size (or) 4 big size )
2 green chilies
2 inch cinnamon
2 cloves
1 cardamom
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp salt

To Grind
1/4 cup coconut, grated
2 tsp roasted gram

Preparation

All the items on the "To Grind" list should be placed in a mixer and combined to create a paste.
Heat the oil in a cooker, then add the potatoes, onion, ginger, garlic, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, and cloves. Fry for a few minutes. After adding the coconut paste, salt, and water and thoroughly combining them, set the whistle and wait for two whistles before turning off the heat.
